The Ramp Down and Up from teaching are now completed, and it’s time to actually start writing on this site which has been just holding a place for way too long. Cheap Chaser will mainly be about how to eat locally, responsibly and well for as little money as possible. Because I really want to do all of those things, but my Midwestern heart and brain have a hard time paying high Bay Area prices. I’ll be posting about deals, great products, recipes and whatever else my stomach and wallet dream up.
